I initially tried to find a place to rent on my own, but couldn’t find anywhere decent in my budget. I contacted Dawna and she was quickly able to setup multiple viewing appointments at some great places. She walked me through the entire process of applying for my apartment and was extremely helpful through it all. Dawna is very knowledgeable about the region and the market. She will help you find a great home!

We worked with Dawna to find, and then secure a home to rent. Though not unique, our property needs were challenging and specific. Dawna enthusiastically embraced our search and went right to work to find just the right place for us. It took a couple of months, some ‘declines’, and a lot of ‘maybe’s’ – but through Dawna’s perseverance, we secured a place that’s perfect for us. Dawna understood our needs, graciously accepted our demands and gently helped us navigate through the process. Dawna is very friendly, very personable, very professional and very responsive. Dawna is the agent you never knew you needed. I will definitely work with her again when searching for my next property.

Dawna came in at crunch time…we had one day to find a rental. She got us into her schedule and devoted her entire day on our timeline. Set all the viewings up and provided us with the listing info for each (which makes it really easy to look at and we were fortunate enough to get into a rental house very quickly. She was professional and quick on her end getting things done so we could get into a home. And all this happened right around the busy Christmas season. I would highly recommend her to others.l

Me and my husband had a great experience with Dawna being our realtor! We were in desperate need to find somewhere to rent quickly and she delivered! Dawna handled my sales process and sale brilliantly. As Executor of my brother’s estate I needed to sell his home. Dawna was friendly and helpful from the moment we met. She was very straightforward about the house and the market. I followed her recommendations on pricing and what we needed to do to the property and what we did not need to do to see offers. She updated me regularly, presented the offers (less than 30 days on the market) and using her expertise was able to get us a full price offer with details very favorable to me as the seller. She was always available to answer my questions and helped walk me through the process. All of this was extremely important as I live in another state and could not be there to oversee anything. I highly recommend Dawna as a top notch Real Estate Agent.

Dawna was our realtor when we needed to quickly find a house in the Fredericksburg area. We had a newborn baby and only a couple of weekends to search. She was extremely accommodating and did so much work for us to find us houses that fit what we were imagining.
